Understand & track diversity at your organization over time

Many organizations (including FreeWill) have been discussing what they can do to help address systemic biases and injustices, both outside and within our institutions.

To help your organization out, we wanted to share a resource that we are using to measure progress at our own company: a diversity stats spreadsheet and tracker.

Download this template to calculate diversity percentages for your organization based on categories, including race, gender, and age.
Beyond current employees at your organization, you can also look at voluntary and involuntary departures, promotions, and who is in leadership. If it's easier, we recommend just starting with your team.
